Estate Sale 11/2/07 & 11/3/07

Address is 4232 Sardis Road.  No early birds, please.  The house will stay locked until all the workers are in place each morning.  Directions are quite simple.  Come to the intersection of Sardis Rd and Ledan Rd.  You will proceed on Sardis Road (north toward Price Rd) from that intersection.  There will be signs directing you.  For parking, we suggest parking directly across the street from the house on Lawton Rd.  It is a small dead end road, so it is much easier to manuever from there.  Parking in the driveway of the house will be for handicapped individuals and for picking up purchased merchandise only. 

If you are unfamiliar with this part of North Hall, please shoot me an email and I will give more specific directions.  Tell me where you are coming from, please.

Motorized Invacare Hospital Bed - In like new condition with remote.  Head area and foot area raise and lower independently and have an element that operates independently.  These are $2,000 new and we are ACCEPTING BIDS on this bed. 

Two motorized wheelchairs - These are in great condition as well.  They were checked out today (Mon) and new batteries were installed in one of them.  Both are ready to use and were $5k each new.  The one with batteries is priced at $500.00, the other is $300.00.  Batteries are $200.00.  These are a fantastic deal to someone in need.

Porcelain dolls from Franklin Mint, etc.  These were purchased as collectibles.  Many of these.  Actually too many to list.   Have one set from Gone With the Wind--all four main characters (Scarlett, Rhett, Ashley & Melanie).  This set also has a special display shelf that has a Tara backdrop.  When these dolls and stand were purchased separately, they cost just under $1,000.  We are selling this set for only $200.00!  Sold as set only.  As for the rest, we have Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor and loads of others.  If you are looking for a particular doll, email me and I will see if we have it.

Collectible plates from Franklin Mint, Danbury, Bradford Exchange, etc.  Many of these also.  Thomas Kinkade, Lina Liu, many others. If you are looking for a specific one, contact me and I will see if we have it.  These will sell comparable to ebay pricing, but without the shipping!  More info to follow here as well. 

Bird porcelains & flower porcelains - Many assorted knick knacks.  Some with labels, some not.  Lots to choose from. 

Delft style porcelain knick knacks.  Dozens of them.  From large vases to figurines.  Also small salt & peppers, etc.  You won't believe this collection! 

Two antique dressers.  One has a flip top mirror.  Price is $150.00.  The other is dovetailed and is priced at $100.00.

electric trimmer -  The trimmer is great.  Late model and we have it priced at only $15.00.

Clay pots - Many sizes.  These are priced at half retail.  Most are in like new condition.

Garden supplies - From garden tools to fertilizers, etc.  She LOVED her gardens.  All priced to sell.

Outdoor furniture - Wooden rocking chairs.  Great condition and quite comfortable! Priced individually starting at $20.00.

Antique dressing wardrobe - One side for hanging clothes.  The other has a locked door to small compartment with drawers below it.  Needs a little restoration, but a great piece. 

Many storage cabinets - All styles and price ranges.  Mostly older, but still very usable. 

Linens & Doilies - Towels, sheets, etc.  All will be priced to sell!

Small microwave & small broiler oven - Both were still being used when she passed.  Will price to sell!  Also another microwave that was recently donated to the Humane Society.  Take your pick!

Small Appliances - From can openers, salad shooter, percolator, many other items.  Most have their instruction booklet with them and were used very little.

Household dishes, etc. - Normal nickel & dime items.  An excellent way for a college student to get all the extra items they could use in the dorm.
